Called and spoke with Susan, owner of the company. Explained that I needed to enroll my daughter but I needed to split the payments into two separate payments due to finances and she agreed to 2 checks for half the balance in each check. Brought checks to first class. During my child’s week long class Susan was racist towards her. Told the entire class to hit pedestrians if they were jaywalking, it was their fault if they did not move out of the way and other blatantly false and harmful facts about driving. She put the incorrect date of birth on the paperwork she submitted to the DMV and told us it was not her problem. After the class she then deposited both checks, including the post dated one, to her bank. When I asked about this she was very rude and degrading, stating it was not her fault I had no money and couldn’t afford her after we have text messages documenting the agreement. We also now have to resubmit all documents to the DMV because she would not correct her DOB on the paperwork.

    To Whom it may concern.

In the summer of 2022 S & S Driving Academy Held a driving Instruction class for students who were 14 ½ and older.  One of the student’s mother brought her student  to class and ask if we would accept two post dated checks, one to be deposited in a week,  The other was to be deposited a month later.  The teacher agreed to the terms and conditions and accepted the checks.  The teacher forgot to deposit the first check and decided to deposit both checks in a month, which evidently caused both checks to be returned.   Later the Teacher received a nasty call from the mother saying that she should have deposited The one check earlier and this caused both checks to be returned unpaid.  S & S Driving Academy is very sorry that she did not follow the mothers wishes,  However, it is not S&S Driving Academy policy to be the banker for students taking our  Course.
