Absolutely would not recommend doing business with this establishment. After negotiating a trade-in on my stock trailer, purchased brand new from them 10 months ago, and getting approved by my bank for funding, they attempted to absorb the equity in my trailer that was paid off by a wording of "trade across the board". Once I asked for an explanation of why the previously promised trade-in was not an option, I was told that "we have a lot of trade-in's that have been sitting we are kinda upside down on and we need the cash flow" and so I quickly did the math in front of ***, the sales person who had just spoken to ****, her boss who wanted to do the "across the board trade" and proved that they were taking $8,892 from me and not allowing me this equity on the trade in. *** then said, "**** is pretty sure he can get your trailer ***************", so this also did not match. They had trade-in's that were sitting, yet my trailer will sell fast, yet they can't give me the equity value in my trailer because they made poor business decisions on the other trade-in's and I am the one to pay for their mistakes? No. I honestly think they thought I was not smart enough to figure out their dishonesty and I would simply agree. However, as an attempt to be a loyal returning customer I assure you this place will never have my business again and I will warn others of my experience. This business appears to be taking advantage of customers in order to correct their financial mistakes and when called out on their proposed "trade-in across the board" plan, they quickly began to backpedal. I asked why I would consign my trailer for **** to get a percentage of the sale plus he would have the autonomy to negotiate the sale price, therefore controlling the amount of equity I would have been awarded from a consignment sale vs. him taking all the equity in a trade-in, both plans seemed like theft. If you value your hard earned dollar and do not want your money stolen, stay away from here.
