    As others have indicated, this company appears to be a scam. They promised a full page ad in a magazine in two grocery stores for 6 months in my area. One grocery store never carried the booklet and the other pulled them after 6 weeks. They were also 2.5 month late in producing the ad book. They also offered ads for 3 weeks on local television programs such as Food Network, Travel, Paramount and more. I was sent a schedule of times and dates. The ads never appeared. We taped 3 days and searched. Nothing was found. They never sent the ad proof for my acceptance of content. The last action they provided was to be a 10k email blast to customer in my area. who agreed to receive emails from Community Insider. This did not occur either. Their product was misleading . Their customer service non existent. Unfortunately at least a half dozen other small businesses in my area had the same results with them. DO NOT ever authorize this company to do any work for you. They are dishonest.

    Appears to be a scam. Credit card was charged, but no receipt was issued. Sales agent charged me a second upcharge and rang it through on my credit card number without any signed contract, authorization, etc, on my end. Cannot find any evidence of a physical magazine distribution. Sales agent phone number is now disconnected, email is out of service, and I'm left believing I have been SCAMMED.

    This is a scam. They will not distribute magazines. They will not return your phone call. They will not return your email. They will contact you annually to ask if you want to be in the magazine again so they can take more money.
