    I am rejecting this response because:

    You state that upon 'initial inspection' that gutters caused an increase in the humidity in the crawl space. 1) The humidity in the crawl space is and has not been elevated at any point, which is plainly clear if you actually go down into the crawl space. 2) You mentioned noticing this issue and still accept the work, doing it incorrectly, and not mentioning this supposed issue to the customer at any point?

    Further, you used similar dismissive tactics in my ****** review when I stated that you did not actually insulate all of the ducts by stating that some 'ducts' shouldn't be insulated because they are return ducts. I am very much aware and able to identify a return duct. You simply did not insulate the duct for the front room! 

    You are not an ethical business and have done absolutely nothing to address what is simply extremely lazy, poor quality work.

    We apologize for the insulation and ductwork issues, as well as the lack of response to your email. However, we would like to clarify that we have made several attempts to contact you to rectify the situation, without success.

    During our initial inspection, we noticed that your house does not have gutters, causing water to pour into the crawl space and create a very humid environment. This excessive moisture likely contributed to the tape peeling away and the insulation detaching from the ducts.

    We are saddened to learn that you had to fix the issue yourself, but we remain committed to making things right. Additionally, we will provide a detailed invoice for the initial service to help you claim any insulation tax benefits.

    We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services to prevent similar issues in the future.

    Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    We take your concerns seriously and regret that you are dissatisfied with the service provided. However, your accusations of our company being "lazy" and "unethical" are both ridiculous and unfounded.

    Regarding the humidity in your crawl space, our initial inspection indicated concerns related to the gutters potentially contributing to increased humidity. This observation was based on professional judgment, and while you may not agree, it was made with the intent of addressing potential issues.  You also told the technician that the gutters were not in place as of yet. We always aim to communicate findings that may affect our work, but any differences in perception can occur. 

    As for the insulation of ducts, our team follows industry standards and best practices. The decision not to insulate certain ducts, such as return ducts, reflects established procedures. If there was an oversight with the duct in the front room, we are more than willing to address itif given the opportunity. However, its important to note that you have not made any effort to allow us to resolve the issue. Instead, you continue to make harassing comments about our company, which is neither productive nor fair.

    We work very hard to maintain our integrity and high standards. If you are genuinely interested in resolving your concerns, we remain open to further discussion. However, resolution can only occur through constructive engagement, not through baseless accusations.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I emailed this company asking what they would do in response to the issue and received no response. This email was posted after the ****** review and when they stated previously that they are willing to work with me. Im grounded in my statement that they are lazy and unethical. 

    I did have gutters installed. How is it that your installation still failed? Why did you still install if the conditions were so terrible? As stated previously the humidity of the crawlspace is the same as it always has been.

    I have heard nothing from this company regarding corrections and suggest everyone stay away from them.

    I was surprised when I read your  Google review, as that was the first time Id heard about you being unhappy with our service.  There was no phone call, no email and no text from you stating you were unhappy.  We simply can not respond to issue were unaware of. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and it is disappointing to learn about your dissatisfaction through a public review rather than directly. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns you had before they escalated to this point.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As previously stated I contacted you via your website. The ****** review was submitted because you specifically send me a request asking to review you (I wasnt seeking out a public space)

    I accept that I hired a terrible company to provide me service. What **** me is that when you recruited me to review you on ****** you respond with a response that 1) blames me for supposed unsatisfactory conditions, 2) state you are open to resolution but when I email you via your website are non-responsive, and 3) try to claim in your review response that you do this type of work (see your ad for insulation in my ****** review response). 

    As I stated in th original BBB complaint I dont want money. I want others to know that your company scammed me (As previously mentioned you didnt provide a breakdown of labor vs materials as I stated in this complaint so I cant claim tax credit As an aside I doubt that the materials was more than a quarter of what I spent).
