We bought a transmission last April (2023) with a 4 year warranty on parts and labor. It worked for 8 months. We called to get a replacement and they had us send pictures of the diagnostics of the car, pictures of the transmission and the estimate for the repair, Then they said they would follow through with the labor costs and another transmission. That was at the end of December 2023. They asked us to wait until the new year because they were so busy. We said OK and called them back in the beginning of January. It's now March and we've had 30 phone calls all with either promises not kept or putting us on hold and then hanging up or blocking our calls. This seems like a scam when it comes to promises. We've talked with Ibrahm who we initially taked with and then we've talked with ******* ****** *** *******. They all promise to do something and they never do!
I'm looking at the address and that's not the address or phone number. We tried this phone number and it was out of order. I'm wondering if these guys are more places than one. The phone number we have is ************ ** ************.
Thank you for all your help. We don't know what else to do!

On June 23 2022 I was contacted by Kevin via text message, concerning an engine for my 2008 Kia Sportage. The price quoted was 1,320.00. I was told by Kevin, “It will probably take 6-8 business days to deliver the part at your place.” On Thursday June 30, and Friday July, 1, 2022 I contacted Kevin because my engine had not been shipped and no communication. On July 1, 2022 I noticed on my capital one statement 1,013.90 going to George’s Body Shop/Auto. I called Capital One to stop the payment because I had not heard of George’s Body Shop/Auto.
I called and again spoke with Kevin about the transaction, and he told me it was alright to pay them. I told Kevin I did not want to pay this company, because my business was with Brother Auto parts. I told him I would pay the full amount to Brother Auto parts. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 Kevin Texted,
“Hey *******, this is Kevin from Brother Auto Parts. This is to inform you that your Engine has already been shipped out. Just for the confirmation, out of $1464 we have charge you only $975 and there is still pending amount of $489 and $100 Core deposit. Once you send us the core back we'll return you $100. We request you to process the pending payment today.
On Thursday, July 7, 2022 Kevin Texted,
“Hey *******, please find the below link to pay the balance amount. We request you to process the pending payment today through the link so we could forward you the tracking details.
    **************************************************”.

I paid the full amount 1,464.00 through PayPal, using my American Express card, so I would have two forms of payment. I had to go back and forth with Capital One about the 1,013.90 paid to ******** **** **** ****. I explained to them that I did not know, or purchase from George’s Auto Body. I let them know I did not receive any product from them. I would like my 1,013.90 returned to me please? I am only receive a disability check. They stopped receiving my calls. I found they are same company
