      I have a customer of JC's for over 15 years. Jef and his team has provided great service for all of our vehicles including our LR Discovery, Defender 90 and Sportsmobile. In addition to routine maintenance, they have handled a number of difficult projects such electrical issues, the replacement of our hardtop on the D90 and suspension work. Recently we developed a leak in the D90's gas tank and I showed up (without an appointment) at the shop which they were glad to help me with. Over the years, ***'s pricing has always been fair and appropriate and he has always stood behind work. I could not be more pleased with the year of service with *** and his team. RJ S

      JC's Britix 4x4 misdiagnosed my vehicle with a $10000+ head gasket failure. The diagnosis was based on bubbles in the coolant system after a coolant system repair that required a compete drain and refill. The Head Gasket was not ruptured, and none of the standard diagnostic tests could reproduce the problem, nor were there any typical symptoms that would support such a diagnosis. Pure corruption! When I asked about the faulty diagnosis I received no explanation, no attempt to apologize, and no attempt to cover the fact that they were trying to rip me off. Nothing. Unfortunately, they have a near Monopoly in the area and seem to lack the integrity to do what is moral, honest, and sound business practices.
