      I made an appointment (scheduled to be on September 30, 2022) with the business for an aesthetician consultation. They required $100 deposit that could be used towards a service after the appointment. I ended up calling and canceling the appointment 2 weeks prior and was told I would get my $100 deposit back. They did initially send a $100 check in the mail, but since then the clinic keeps sending me medical bills for $100. I have attempted contacting their billing department, office manager, district manager and scheduling department in attempts to get this resolved. No one has helped or contacted me back. I am now getting notices from this place stating they will send my bill to collections which I dont understand how they can do in the first place because the $100 they are charging me is for an appointment deposit. No services have been rendered! Anyways, I cancelled the appointment and have asked for the deposit back, they sent an electronic bill stating it was going to be sent to collections so I got scared and paid another $100. Not only have they not provided me the deposit back they keep sending me a bill for $100 in error. Please help!
