    After an electrical outage a member of the Security Central called because he was alerted that our system did not come back on line. He walked me through checking my battery connection, even staying with me as I checked the breaker box. Thank you Security Central for vigilance and caring for the security of our home

    These folks are very responsive to all of our commercial property fire alarm and sprinkler system needs at several property where we use them.If you are not a customer, you should consider this vendor.

    Great experience. **** was the technician that upgraded our alarm system from landline type communication to internet connection. He was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was in and out in an hour and kept me informed as to what he was doing. He then helped me download the Security Central app and quickly showed me how to use it.Very positive experience.

    Extremely helpful & speedy service. Very well knowledgeable, ****** went over & beyond to check out everything he need to get permit information for paperwork. Even informed me of other things that we might want to pay attention to. We had used them in the past with & continue to work with them.
