      On 8/19/2024, technician came to house for upholstering cleaning job. On one piece, there were some stains and after the technician cleaned the piece, the stains were worse than before. I have telephoned office and asked to speak with a supervisor about issue. She will not call back. The company's guarantee states job is guaranteed or 100$ money back. I want the piece recleaned and if that doesn't work, I want a refund. I have also tried telephoning the toll free number, and a recording states it is not in service to accept calls. Very strange.

      I am a little confused as to why this message came thru as we are indeed in contact with our customer and moving forward to resolving the matter.  I have been in contact with our customer directly and we have a plan set in place for resolution.

      Again, we have apologized to our customer for the experience at the time of service and thank them for bringing it to our attention.

      **** was hired to clean out air ducts & was paid $447 on 9/23/22.When they left, I noticed that the mechanism to close & secure the gate to the backyard was broken. A call was made by daughter, *****************************, about the damage. We were told that it had already been too long (about a month) and that they were not going to take responsibility for this damage. Because *********************************** the tenants of this home) are 91 years old and on a limited income, we used a wire to tie the gate shut. This was not a good option because it was not functional. On Monday Jan 8, ****, a wind gust pulled out the wire and thrust open the gate. Then it slammed shut and broke the gate in half vertically. Our home is no longer safe, as there is no gate to the backyard. It is open to whosoever. We no longer just need the mechanism fixed, but now we need a whole new gate and mechanism.

      The two photos show exactly what is going on!!! It looks worse then before hand and its going to cost more now to fix that sealant has been applied over dirt on grout.

      We've contacted our customer and have set up a date to go out and rectify the issues that were brought to our attention.  We apologized to our Customer for the inconveniences this has caused and recognized that the services that were provided were not up to our normal standards.  

      We're confident that the issue will be rectified on our scheduled visit, and they will be satisfied.

      We thanked them for bringing this to our attention and for their patience as we always strive to provide **************************** to every one of our Customers.

      I requested carpet cleaning and stretching by ****. I scheduled a time for the home to be empty but following I expressed my dissatisfaction and they now state they will only honor their satisfaction guarantee by recleaning but I must pay $350 to move the furniture. Additionally I was quoted for restretching the carpet but there is some error with that quote which could not be explained.

           When we were made aware of a problem, we stood behind our guarantee as always and went out to re-clean the areas, which our guarantee states.  After several months, we were made aware of there still being an issue and began to work with our customer towards a resolution.  The error as mentioned was not an error.  The stretching of the carpet scope of work changed upon arrival as some of the areas originally estimated were going to recieve tile therefore no need to re stretch those areas.  

          To resolve the issues began to become difficult as the environment of the job changed which caused additional work to be done that was not part of the original agreement.  Still, we agreed to go out and address the issues to make the customer happy.  We were not allowed to do so.

           After discussion with our customer, we stood behind our guarantee, as we always do and moved forward with a full refund of the services.  This was a mutual agreement which was best for both parties.
