    Company is refusing to give me my rugs back. I had my carpets cleaned around the 11:1. I called to pay but they didnt get my expiration date on my credit card. I got so busy I forgot to call back. I did about 2 weeks later to pay & make arrangements to get my rugs when in town. When I called, the lady (****) said I was being rude, then she started to use profanity & said she wasnt going to give me my rugs until I apologized for being rude. I said I was sorry, but she said that she didnt accept my apology because she said It wasnt sincere. I said well its all paid ******* want my rugs delivered She said that would not happen because I had to give her a sincere apology first. On the 24th I called to make arrangements to pick them up when in town on 11/24. A guy it was okay if I got there before 3:00 he said he would call me if there was any issue he was gonna go in the back & get the rugs ready, he made me describe the rugs. When I was getting close (about 2:30) I called but it didnt go through. I tried several times and (I called the website and hit direct dial so I dont know what was happening but I know I was calling the right number ). At 2:45 I got there it was dark and no one was there. I waited until about 305 called again this time got ***** voice mail. I left her a message, but no call back I want my rugs. I paid for my carpet cleaning. Will pay for the rugs they have if they let me and tell me how much I owe. But now that Im not in town I cant pick them up. I would like them delivered and to know how much I owe and once I get them and inspect them (virtually is fine) Ill pay. But they cant hold these until I give they an apology for nothing. These rugs together are worth about $1000. I sent an email to them basically asking what I have here and included pictures of the rugs

    We have returned ******'s rugs with a $100.00 discount for the challenges and delay in returning her rugs.

    One of the problems was it is a secured building, and the tenant wasn't home when we tried to return them.

    She asked if we could leave them outside her door and we told her it had to be received by someone as we have had

    issues with dropping rugs off unsecured before.
