Never even got past scheduling. ****** (sp?) was rude from the get go. She immediately seemed put off that she had to be on the phone. Online scheduling would take care of that for her... She then attempted to strong arm me into services that I was not going to consent to, telling me a mammogram was "required" and "mandatory," despite my referral being strictly for an ultrasound. When I informed her that I would not be consenting to a mammogram for no reason, she advised me she would have someone else from the office call me. When I stated that I don't need to speak with someone who will attempt to coerce me into services, she sat silently on the phone, in what I'm assuming was a power trip to get me to cave to her demands and schedule an appointment for a service that was not needed and I had made clear I was not going to consent to. After that, I hung up and moved on, until she called me a day and a half later, telling me she "got my appointment approved" and "pushed through" without a mammogram. Funny, I thought it was "required and mandatory." I informed her that I would not be doing business with a company who cannot listen from the onset. Why would I ever feel comfortable, or that I would be listened to while in a vulnerable position, when I'm being coerced during the appointment scheduling, while I'm not vulnerable... It seems like this office is under the influence of capitalism and greed rather than patient care. As a side note to the office and providers - coercion IS NOT CONSENT!

I recently had an MRI done at Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) and was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail and care provided. My previous MRI at the Army Medical Center Tripler was quite brief, but my recent experience with ISJ was markedly different. The report from ISJ was long, detailed, and included precise measurements that were extremely effective in determining whether I needed surgery. The radiologist may have been following the standard interpretation protocols, but it truly felt like they went above and beyond in their assessment.I am so impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of ISJ. This experience has given me great confidence in their services, and I will definitely be returning for any future imaging needs.

It does not surprise me this business has an F rating with the BBB. I recently had a mammogram at the lab and was surprised the tech only took 2 photos and applied no pressure. I was also shocked to get a letter saying they noticed an abnormality and would have to do a more complete exam at a cost of $800. I then found out four other women in my office and my daughter got the same letter. Since this regarded my health, I went back only to learn there was nothing wrong. A number of us who were scammed have filed complaints with the Colorado Attorney General, *********************. I encourage everyone else who was a victim of this scam to do the same. ********************************* would register my complaint with Invision Sally Jobe, but no one there answers the phone.

This company is not in compliance with the federal Hospital Price Transparency Rule. This rule states that hospitals are required to provide accessible pricing information about the services they offer in a consumer-friendly format. After waiting one month for an appointment, that appointment getting rescheduled due to a staffing shortage, followed by waiting another month for the next available appointment, I received a phone call two hours before my appointment time confirming that the test will cost $1200, of which I am responsible for $750 (insurance deductible). This information is not available on their website anywhere and more importantly this exact test at other facilities averages $300-400. Charging patients 4 times the cost of a procedure and failing to employ even a **** of efficiency in the scheduling of patients, resulting in months long waits, leaves quite a lot of room for improvement.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint regarding our pricing and scheduling practices. At Invision Sally Jobe, we are committed to providing high-quality care and transparency to our patients. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation may have caused.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that the Hospital Price Transparency Rule applies specifically to hospitals and does not extend to outpatient imaging clinics like ours. However, we strive to be transparent about our pricing and provide information to help our patients make informed decisions.

Pricing Transparency: While the Hospital Price Transparency Rule does not apply to us, we acknowledge the importance of clear and accessible pricing information. We regret that you found our pricing information insufficiently accessible. We are working to improve how we provide cost estimates but we want to encourage you to call us, when you have any questions.

Cost of Services: We understand your concern about the cost of the test. Our pricing reflects various factors, including the quality of care, the expertise of our staff, and the technology we use. We strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining high standards of care.
We encourage patients to compare prices and consider the quality and comprehensiveness of services when evaluating healthcare options.

Scheduling Delays: We apologize for the delays you experienced in scheduling your appointment. Staffing shortages and high demand can sometimes impact our scheduling efficiency. We are actively working to improve our processes and reduce wait times for our patients.
Insurance and Out-of-Pocket Costs: We strive to provide accurate cost estimates based on patients' insurance coverage and deductibles. We apologize if this information was not communicated effectively during your initial interactions with us.

We value your feedback and are committed to making necessary improvements to better serve our patients. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We hope to regain your trust and confidence in our services.

I went to the Golden location for a lumbar MRI and signed a release for the report to be sent to my email address. Several days passed waiting for the report which did not arrive. Called the Medical ************ and I was given excuses as for the reason they did not send the report. The woman in Records told me that she would send it to my email address and I would receive it within the hour, I verified my email address with her and she wasn't able to read it back to me correctly. I made sure that she had everything spelled correctly before ending the conversation. The report did not come and after waiting two hours I called again at this time she was rude and told me that she would re-send, she never did. I left a voice mail message with the customer Advocate at ********************** about the problem with my report. I never received a return call. Today, a week after the **** the report was sent to my email address. A month ago my husband, ****, had a MRI. The Medical ****************** did not send the report to the ordering provider but errored in sending his report to another medical doctor at another medical office . When I called the Medical ****************** letting them know of the ***** Privacy Violation concerning Medical Records, the employee was not concerned and blamed it on ****. Really?Very disturbing in making an error and not accepting it, but blaming the patient.

I was in on 10/31/23 to have a screening and ultrasound. The front desk had me coded as diagnostic & ultrasound. I refused to have diagnostic & said I'm only having screening and ultrasound. *************************** wrote down on my patient responsibility estimate "it's only a screening per *****, will change coding". She couldn't change the coding on the computer. ******* walked my back to the tech and told her that it was just a screening, not diagnostic & tech reassured me it was a screening. It only took ***** min and she took 2 shots ( top & side) on both sides. She didn't narrow in on any specific area. I got a bill for $911 for diagnostic, which they never changed the coding. I spoke to ****** Friends and she wouldn't even look into it. She kept saying call billing. All I wanted was for her to read my image and see that it was a screening, but she never did. I was trying to call/email her with no help or assistance. All she would keep saying is call billing. All I want is for someone to tell me that I had a screen mammogram or diagnostic that I didn't request. If I had a diagnostic (which they assured me I didn't at the time) then I'll pay for it. Help please!
