      I am a disabled single woman that is considered terminal. There a malfunctioning culvert outside my home. It is the lowest elevation in one part of our community. This is been a problem since Ive bought my home. The admitted responsibility and attempted to repair aka putting a bandaid on it by installing 2 PVCpiping on the exterior in my home where there is inclement weather. *********** who was our management company flat out advised me they WILL NOT spend $20,000 tearing up the culvert. My home has flooded many time and eroded the walls even though I have a vapor barrier. I have inspection report of all these issues. I also have a foundation report that reflects my foundation is slipping and the whole house needs to be re-anchored. Sterling subsequently had two different companies inspect. And it was worse new.., I have many more examples. Being in my condition, I can no longer care for my home. I cant sell my home with a construction issue, and the beams are full of moisture, I have black soot coming through my ceiling and I am in respiratory failure and 24/7 5L of oxygen. This house is a health and safety issue for not only me but my animals. The president of the board of director has taken offense a disabled woman knowingly it killing me faster. He has targeted me and I do plan on reporting to the **** I encourage an opportunity to go over more incidents, however there enough space. Its bad, front door wont open half the time, I would perish in a fire as my liquid O2 and long with my need, would blow up and the door be my only way out. I was assaulted and cannot secure my home properly. They even notified the other homeowners to watch out and be careful. Please reach out for remainder of atrocities that have transpired.
