    Had an absolutely terrible experience with **** and his team. There was no communication between the owner and his team members. The way we were spoken to was rude and unprofessional. I questioned to make sure everything was set in place for install and was told why am I asking the day before? The order was not correct. The install was half assed, to say it nicely. The installer wanted to cut off my backsplash and leave a hole in the wall instead of properly taking the time to install new drywall like we were told was going to happen by the owner. They did not caulk around The new countertops properly. They ruined my cabinets. They shortened the backsplash throughout the whole kitchen. They also gave me the wrong sink. The worst part is the inch and a half that they shorted me underneath my microwave and the initial fix was going to be a wood slab until I fought it. Then they put three different pieces with massive white caulking around to fix it. We had to fight them on that. And whenever we would question the owner about why things were not done properly or to come out and fix it, he would say that we were being rude about it. we had to stop payment on the check until they cannot to fix it and even the guy that came out to fix it mentioned that the work was done poorly and that he will not even work with those installers anymore. I do not recommend this company to anybody and in fact, we have pictures of all the damage and improper craftsmanship.
