    I had a very disappointing experience at Advanced Oral Surgery. When scheduling my appointment, I specifically asked if they accepted my insurance and was assured they did. I even confirmed again with the front desk staff when I arrived, and they took my insurance card without any issue. After the appointment, I was shocked to be told they *dont* accept my insurance and was handed a bill for $615 for a new patient visit. When I questioned this, the office staff was degrading and rude, offering no apology or explanation for the misinformation. I asked if they could work with me a little on the bill, given the miscommunication, and they completely refused. If they had been honest upfront, I would have gone somewhere else that actually accepted my insurance and saved my $615. Its incredibly frustrating and feels misleading to be assured of insurance coverage, only to be hit with an unexpected bill. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values transparency and respect from office staff.
