      Accessible SYSTEMS OF greeley, co refused to pick up a stairlift belonging to them that was no longer used. They sent a contacted named ******* but ******* first said he would, then told me he would not. This heavy equipment require two strong persons to handle. I dont want to keep it in my garage. Its a model that does not fit my house.

      We purchased a handy move ceiling lift system for my mother in August of 2023, 9 months ago. In the last few months we have made several attempts to request service for this malfunctioning ceiling lift motorized unit and get no return calls. The system needs to be serviced and the problem is continually getting worse. This is our only means of moving my mother from bed to wheelchair. This was an expensive system, $10,000 for 10 ft of track and a lift motor. They need to address our issues now not later.

      Hello, Thank you for take the time to share your feedback. Our local manager, ****, reached out last night and it sounds like there was some miscommunication/confusion. We're sorry about that. Our technician was out yesterday morning to get the issues with the ceiling lift solved so that you can safely transition your mom at home. I believe this complaint can be closed at this point. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

      When this ceiling lift system was purchased there were no options given for the types of slings available. The sling that arrived was inadequate for our use, crossing between the legs. After months of complaining about a non-user-friendly sling, We were finally told there is a sling available that goes under the thighs and not between the legs, a two piece sling, and this would be much more appropriate for our situation. But they didn't bother to offer that sling Initially when we told them the sling between the legs was not appropriate. So now they are making us pay for a more appropriate sling and pay an additional $750 for that sling. Deceptive practices.
