- GroovyTek personal training sessions require a full payment for the sessions purchased at the time of booking. All cancellations or reschedules require a 24 hour notice or they will be subject to charges. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or appointments with no-show will result in forfeiting the session cost. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will result in full refund of the session cost.
