    In 8/2019 I hired CSR to repair the foundation at my home. Supposingly four helical piers were installed and were suppose to support the house. I have had extreme problems with the front door as the house shifts once the weather begins to warm up. It was my understanding that the installation of the piers would keep the house from shifting. The owner ** has been to my home on various occasions and each time he claims he has taken care of the situation. Well he hasn't and now he refuses to take my calls and sends out his help to take a look which is a part of his way of taking care of the situation. I have tried reaching out to the Inspector who signed off on the installation but to no prevail. I get the sense that ** has not been honest with me as he is refusing to acknowledge that his helical piers may not be stable. The last time I spoke with him which has been approximately a year ago, he informed me that he would be by with a his engineer and two more piers. Naturally he was being hateful and the following day all that showed up were his employees who did nothing. One stated that I should call BJ and discuss what he wanted to do. I called him but was told that he was in *********. I waited three more weeks before I called him and to this day no return call. It is very concerning when companies like his feel they have the right to take advantage of SENIOR WOMEN just because they can. ******** customer service!!!

    Colorado Structural Repair fixed some foundation and cracking issues. They had a fair price for the amount of work they were doing and finished the project on time. I feel very confident in their solution to our foundation problems and highly recommend them.
