      I purchased two items in the last 10 days from Skytrak. Order #'s 22967-ST, 23642-ST. The total purchase price for these two items is nearly $3,000. I received the items and found them unsatisfactory for my use so I requested a return authorization for each item so I can return them and receive my money back. I have been in contact with the company several times in the last few days on ticket #SKY0018546. Each email seems confused about what I am asking for and no resolution is offered. I tried calling the customer support line and was on hold for more than 30 minutes.

      July 1, 2023.Vendor did not respond to emails and phone calls regarding an upcoming expiration of ****** plan. Upon visit, said I would have to sign up for all remaining ******s (7 out of 14) right there or lose my money. I responded this is not reasonable. Threatened me and my 9-year-old son and called then proceeded to call the police on us causing trauma to my boy. Paid $869.00 for the total amount. We were loyal customers and this action was from a new employee (*******************)

      Signed up and prepaid a very large amount of money for a ****** package. When I prepaid for the package I was told my ******s could be completed on Sunday mornings. Shortly after starting I was told my ******s were being moved to Saturday morning which made it extremely difficult to attend weekly. I was not given the option to move to a different coach and stay on Sunday, even though that option would have been a waist of my time and money. With a month left in the year I was told I needed to finish all my ******s or the package would be taken away. This was not explained to me at the time of the sale. This was bait and switch tactic from the start. First I was promised a day that fit in my schedule and then they moved the day to work better in their schedule. They sold me this large plan and then took most of the ******s away without notice. This fits the bill with the dark money grab side of the golf community. Regional manager was unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of even though I was told I would be contacted. This place exists by taking advantage of people with pushy sales tatics.

      I was a member of Golftec (701-25-6573 member number). On the 20th of October, I sent my coach an e-mail cancelling my membership. On the 21st of October, I was charged ****** dollars for a new month. I then sent numerous e-mails to Clubhouse support, where they informed me they would contact my coach for a re-imbursement of the monies I was charged. I have been in contact with my coach and Clubhouse support numerous times and they say I will get re-imbursed but as of this date that has not happened. Can you help?

      I worked with ******* ("****") ***** at GolfTec ****** *********** at *****************************************************************, from about May 2022 to November 2022. I also purchased an annual *************** package that is still active. In late October 2022, I had a medical emergency, and I told ******* about this so that he'd pause my membership. ******* told me he would pause it, no problem, which the membership allows. Instead of being a professional, **** decided to gossip to the entire office about my private medical information. I know for a fact that he and others made cruel jokes and comments about my body and health, which I find disgusting. I felt so uncomfortable going there once I realized what ******* had done that I cancelled all of my ******s with ************************* and switched to a different coach in a different location. I intend to formally report ************************* to GolfTec management so that this type of gross, unprofessional behavior doesn't happen to anyone else again. Throughout my time working with *******, I found him to be inconsistent, late, and someone who doesn't do what they say they'll do. I've even scheduled a ****** with him that he completely missed because he was going to the airport to pick up his friend. I would certainly discourage women or children to work in proximity with someone who can't be trusted like that.
