    WOW - i really thought this would have been a good move. This has been SUCH a stressful situation that has gone on for months. Sales, speaking with sales - they are pushy and tell you what you want to hear to seal you in. All information that was given was incorrect. We where told its month to month We where told Gift cards where able to be processed and sold online (They use a different company that you have to also sign up for and has a higher credit card charge. We where told that it works great for couples and spa packages (Couples is not an option, and their room assignment messes everything up) They suggested we Block and check out under one person and then edit (Anyone who runs a successful business knows that this is a knight mare)Training forgets to check on things and come back with a solution so you have to make sure you are taking tabs (I heard a-lot of ill make sure i ask my manger that for our next call - and its never resolved) The amount of glitches in the system is wild - if you have used other systems and have a business already set up not around patient now THIS IS NOT FOR YOU *************** MONEY MONEY MONEY They will hold you to this 1 AM "Contract" For 12 months - We didnt even come out of trial period - the of boarding Docusign was not signed - it was voided and we they are holding us to a 12 month period on all the bulletin points they said they where able to provide for out company and nothing was smooth. We are now 4 months From when we have spoke to manager after manager ******* **** and ****** ****** there has been no change - still trying to collect money and now threading collections We not have to get our legal team involved as they are in breach and also did not meet what they has said they offered, it goes on and on. It's a con. Please do not touch this company - they will drag you through and through with no resolution

    A disaster that ***** your money and then acts like they did nothing wrong. They took over my previous website provider and then the damage just kept coming. Many phone calls, many promises, many new inexperienced faces, but zero positive results. No proactive actions, only reactive excuses or just silence. Staff tenure is shorter than a summer high-school romance but with about the same level of experience. If you value your business, look elsewhere. If you enjoy headaches while watching a circus of clowns slow your growth, then sign up!

    I am utterly disappointed with the company and their software. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is unacceptable. The software provided is not usable and clearly violates the terms of our contract. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by the company.

    If i could give 0 stars I would. This company uses highly unethical sales practices where they will not explain terms of a new contract with you. When you sign up for marketing services that they upsell they do not give you an actual contract, they just send a generic email saying you are signed up for SEO/RAD/PPC (they also do not follow their contractual obligations when hosting your website that is included in their "marketing package") They do not have an educated staff for medical blogs which are a promised part of the amazing website. The wed dev's are also not educated enough to the point where we had fraud being ran through our website and the web devs could not find it, but our office manager did within 30 minutes. They are untrustworthy and conniving. The *** "software" they use is outdated, do not let the current marketing style fool you. The email marketing builder is HORRIBLE. You really feel like you are a part of Windows '98 with that system. All i can say is, spare yourself the headache and find ANYONE else. I would also like to state that in July they lost our original 24 month contract and tried to forge a new one on a 12 month term and attest that we "renewed" with them. Sketchy Company- do not use.
