    My Husband and I used Great ************* and it will be our LAST. The company states they arrive to your home with a fully stocked Van, and they charge YOU the patronizing customer $ 99 for this but the Van is NOT fully stocked. BEWARE of ***** he arrived at our home and shortly after said he needed to leave to get supplies. ***** spoke with my husband over the phone and discussed what supplies were needed so we didn't understand why he was leaving to get more supplies. ***** was gone for over an hour. Once back at our home it took him a VERY LONG time to complete a simply fix. He spoke about personal issues that had nothing to do with our issue at our home. ***** charged us twice for a furnace cleaning and said it was because it was a deep cleaning. The whole experience was very bad and ***** especially.
