    I am a 71 year old retired teacher that contacted Upslope for a bid to do some work for me including putting in a swamp cooler. They e-mailed me their estimate to complete the work. With most of the work completed Upslope demanded an extra $200 to finish the job. I refused to pay the extra money and they refused to complete the work unless I paid them the extra money. I had already paid them in full for the job they said they would do. The workers showed up to my place 1 1/2 hours after the 2 hour window they gave me to start the job. One of the workers had alcohol on his breath, a bad sign. After the installation, I woke up the next morning to find the float that regulates the water to the cooler was not adjusted properly. I had a large puddle of water that had accumulated over the night. I had to lend them various tools and materials to do the work. In addition, a piece of metal-work that was fashioned by them was poorly painted and this piece is visible inside my house, I was told they would leave me the spray can for me to "touch up". I would not recommend this company for any HVAC job as they did not honor their contract and their quality of work in is sub par,

    I called Upslope and spoke with *** because my air conditioner was going out, at least thats what I thought. *** was able to schedule an inspection that afternoon and he found out that the circuit board in my HVAC system needed to be replaced and that it needed more 410A or to be recharged. When he was done with the repairs, my air conditioner worked like a charm. Very professional and polite and I would definitely use up slow heating and cooling again and recommend them to anybody. Thanks ***.
