    Moeller Grah is the law firm representing my HOA (********************* Association) and they advised my HOA to quickly add a "One Time Fine of $2,000 Dollars" for a NONEXISTENT **************** Violation" and subsequently extremely high Attorneys fees 18 days after Governor ***** (Governor of ********) SIGNED INTO LAW a law regulating how much HOA's may ***** a homeowner" and Governor Polis Signed this into law on June 09th, 2022 and the Association fined me $2,000 Dollars on June 27th, 2022 and Moeller **** added another $1547 in attorney fees a day later!!Moeller Grah NEVER properly informed myself of these charges and it took nearly 7 months of back and forth E-mails from an Attorney I hired to find out what these charges where for and I was finally told by our property Manager in January 2023 (7 months LATER) what these charges where for!!My attorney at the time wrote Moeller Grah a letter asking for an explanation of these charges in July 2022 and he said: "that their charges where SUSPICIOUS (at best) because of the timeline of the new bill being signed into law 18 days earlier".This law firm Moeller **** has also sent out Certified letters to myself that where CERTIFIED on September 03rd that had TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS that needed to be answered by a certain date and they DID NOT ACTUALLY MAIL (put certified letter in U.S.Mail) the certified letter till "18 Days Later after September 03rd" and well after my response times where needed to respond by!!

    **************** is not a client of the law firm of Moeller Graf, P.C.  He is an owner of property located and subject to the governance of the ********************* Association,Inc. for which we are general counsel.  **************** is currently the subject of several enforcement actions by the Association which he disputes.  The subject of his complaints all pertain to those on-going disputes.  

    Because of privacy and legalissues, we are not able to go into great detail. **************** has direct access to the association where most of the charges he is referencing were originated. They would have full detail even though **************** has received multiple copies of those charges with backup documentation. .

    Firm tacked on $5,000 in charges to my HOA account the night before my house was scheduled to close. Firm refuses to give notes or any backup documentation indicating the services they performed. Firm actually wrote me an email questioning my integrity as their first communications with me.

    Moeller **** disputes the characterization of the complaint. We will not address this in any more detail,as this relates to our firms actions related to representation of one of its clients. ********************** was adverse to our client and is not a client of our firm. The client has the legal authority to seek reimbursement for attorney fees it incurs to enforce provisions of its governing documents. Note, our firm has provided ********************* with at least seven emails addressing the substance of his complaint. Because it is a legal matter, records can not be disclosed without the consent of the client.

    I am rejecting this response because I have not received any details on the charges booked to my account. You cannot simply added $2900 in charges to an account 24 hours before you know someone is selling their property, and months after any necessary involvement on the account. I am owed an explanation of the charges, or a reimbursement.

    I have not filed a case against MoellerGraff.  I am owed reimbusement for all charges to my account for their services.  When I was sued by my HOA (called the *** here), MoellerGraff represented the ***************.  My settlement was for $471 and after the settlement I continued to be charged by the firm for no reason.  A PDF of the court documents is attached.

Based on ************************ actions in and related to this lawsuit, the Association sought reimbursement for attorney fees incurred in enforcing the Associations governing documents,in accordance with ******** law. The amount in question by ********************** was satisfied on the sale of his property. Moeller **** cannot release a clients billing nor are there any statutes that legally require it. This has been conveyed to the ********************** in *************** emails at least 6 times. Should he have questions, he should seek the association for better detail should they elect to release it.

    I am rejecting this response because: i have been told multiple times by ******* grad they refuse to provide any documentation to substantiate the invoice charges.

     

    I demand a refund for all invoice charges from Moeller ****.
