    Working with ****** ******** and Coastal Mountain Home Buyers initially seemed like a relief when I was struggling to keep up with my house payments. They were quick to step in and take over the property with a warranty deed. However, its been nearly four years now, and I feel increasingly taken advantage of. Theyve been benefiting from my 3% mortgage rate while the burden of the mortgage remains on my financial records, complicating other purchases and impacting my credit.The lack of communication has been the hardest part. ****** holds the logins for my account and, whenever I request statements or information, he either ignores me or takes a long time to send the absolute minimum, and often with reluctance. At this point, I feel trapped, and I almost regret not letting the property go to foreclosure. Im now stuck with a company that holds the title to my largest debt but wont take on the debt themselves or communicate with me effectively. I wouldnt recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fair and responsive home-buying solution.
