    Brad B Jammin is a maker of jams. I placed an online order on 9/27/24 for 6 jars of jam totaling $62.25 ($54 jam, $8.25 **** shipping). My credit card was charged on 9/30/24 for the total $62.25. I received an order confirmation thanking me for the purchase on 9/27/24, order number *********.I have not received the order yet and have not been refunded. I emailed the contact email on their website, called their phone number, and used their online contact form to follow up, all multiple times on different days in case some communication wasnt working on their end. I have not received any communication back from this vendor since the original purchase email. I informed them a week ago that I wanted my order shipped by 12/11/24, or a full refund provided. Otherwise I would file a complaint with BBB to help.I am just seeking the order to be fulfilled or a full $62.25 refund to be given.

    This response is from **** *****, former owner of the Brad B Jammin brand and company.  I sold the brand to ************, which is at the address you have in the complaint and that can be found on the website.  The owner of the business is **** G (*********************************).  I forwarded the complaints to **** and talked to **** numerous times.  I still own the ************************** domain and the Brad B Jammin company and **** owns the jam business under the Brad B Jammin label.  I'm very sorry for ****** issues and I sincerely wish that **** would respond and fulfill this order, refund ****** money, etc.  Others experienced similar issues and they denied the charges through their credit card company.  This is not good for my brand and I have zero control over what **** does or doesn't do.  I have daily messages into him for the last 2 months and he's never responded to me either.  I'm personally awaiting payment for the summer of 2024 sales (i.e. our purchase agreement).  In other words, I'm frustrated by this experience too.  I built a great brand with amazing customer loyalty.  That no longer exists.  Maybe if you reach out to *** *************** you'll have better results with a response?  I really don't know what else to recommend.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Thank you for your help. I was able to go back to this charge through my bank and have the bank reimburse me for the full amount. How they handled it with the vendor, I do not know. I appreciate your support.
