5 starsThe loan process was quick and straightforward. My loan consultant ******* ******** was very sweet and helpful. I am glad that I found them to do my refinance of my car loan.

1 starILending ask her a list of documents to send and ****** ******* never took the time to review them she only basis her decision of our initial phone call. I called three times in one week for her to get back to me. From May 22 May 28.. She never mentioned about reviewing all my documents she just kept stating ****** ratio to high. My fico score 837 and I have excellent credit. I do not recommend this company. This Agent wanted all documents and she never reviewed any of them. It was a big waste of my time. Also the company sends out congratulations and different quotes of offer and then the Agent said oh they are given to good fico scores. This company lies. One minute there sending emails you qualify, and the next, they call you a week later without veiwing documents to say you dont qualify even though I have a high fico score of 837 Don't do business with them. Your wasting your time.iLending

1 starThey send you a pre-qualification letter that says your pre-qualified for a certain amount a certain interest rate but after you do all the information it comes out that they want you to pay more on the loan with longer terms that is very unprofessional to mislead peopleiLending

1 starAfter checking for current rates on Lendingtree, started getting their unsolicited calls 7 days a week, including Sundays. I guess they don't understand or follow normal business practices and ethics. I don't think I would like to do business with a company like that. Very annoying and disrespectful of potential customers.iLending

1 starI have been waiting for my refund for my canceled gap insurance for over ***** weeks. I get the run around whenever I ask about it and that's when customer service feels like returning my email. Honestly, why do they get to hold the customers money for that long? It takes 3 fkg months to cut a check? And on top of it, they don't have a phone number for that ****** lol. That's too bad because the lending **** is dealt with was fantastic but this **** is a tragedy. So now lets see what kind of excuse they have as a response.iLending
