      The date of transaction was 5/1/2023 Amount spent $46 I had a shortage of product that was sold to me. I had tried to go and resolve it, the company offered a 30% discount. Which would have caused me to spend 170% in cost of my money to receive what I originally paid for. Called the manager he was condescending and called me names over the phone and admitted he doesn't care about the outcome because I had posted a 2 star honest review of the business. I've been a customer for over 3 years and have not asked or complained about anything. Until I ran into this issue. This cannot happen that a customer calls in and is being called a liar and being name called over a business transaction.

      Customer admitted to using this Mariuana Vaporizer device for ***** uses before deciding that the product might be less than the advertised amount.  Upon returning the product to the marijuana dispensary and comparing the volume left to what was on products on the shelf, the manager agreed to give a credit or discount covering the assumed loss (including the product that was used on his behalf before returning) which was 30% discount at the time for what was agreed to be 25% lost product.  The customer left the store saying he was not looking to spend money that day.  The customer later called the store to speak to another manager whom was willing to offer up to 50% now of the product which would more then cover any losses and hassle.  Because the product is not defective and operational, STATE LAW prevents ** from taking the product back and since this product is not manufactured by our company, we can only file claims to the company for full replacement on defective or recalled products .  After asking if the solution he would like was to recieve free product he imediatley snapped and said we should consider this free since he already paid for it and became extremley aggravated by the repeated responses he was given and started to harass the maganager using the term "FUCK" and "Motherfucker" multiple times on the phone as well as "insane" and "crazy" for not considering his functional product defective.  At no point was the gentleman called a liar as we were at ALL points in time more than happy to cover the shortage of his product INCLUDING the amount consumed.  Below is a copy of the original review and complaint left with the store from the customer himself.

      "Unfortunately have to post a review. Love this dispensary have been a customer for a couple years. I bought a cartridge yesterday, a green dot. Opened it at home noticed it looked low, never had it before so thought it was tilted or just couldn't see the oil. Took ***** hits and now it's super low. Called, took it in but they could only offer a discount, which is better than nothing but I don't want to buy the same product pretty much twice. I typically smoke flower. There's no way I would have smoked all of that overnight. The employees are great and I'm assuming this is store policy but that's not right, I believe it was defective and all I was offered was a small discount on another product. 3 years of spending money. Thousands of dollars. Would have thought $15-$20 internally to replace an item wouldn't be too much to ask for but I guess I was wrong. I'm just disappointed. I don't even want to write the review but I feel like it should have been replaced under it being defective. Again love the employees they're very nice but the business itself was I believe wrong in this case, it don't believe after all that money spent I run into an issue and can't be fixed over what's probably internal cost of $15 or so."
