      Horrible, horrible billing! As a former medical ******, I am APPALLED at the practices of this company. I paid all bills IN FULL. However, they assign different account numbers to each date of service (one of only TWO companies I've worked with that do this). I mistakenly paid a full bill on one account number (instead of the two on the page). Did they take that balance and apply to the other service date? NOPE. Refunded without as much as an email to let me know. Then, sent me to collections for the other date of service. A full TWO MONTHS after I paid it in full. Had to go through the collections agency to pay the darn thing. AGAIN. ASK YOUR DOCTOR WHO THEY USE. If it's these people, refuse service and go elsewhere. These are ridiculous and fraudulent practices.

      I was treated by Radiology Imaging Associates and the billing office screwed up and failed to bill my health insurance. I never received a bill, until a collections notice arrived. I have now spent hours on the phone trying to undo this mistake. It was Radiology Imaging Associates screwup, but I am the one paying the consequences

      Had an emergency CTA and MRA with LMC, I never received a **** from Radiology Imaging Associates. I discovered that I owed them money after receiving an EOB from UHC ( I just sat down to review them all). I then had to call UHC to find a number for this company. When I called *** I spoke to a very sweet and polite young man, who informed me that I was sent to collections. I LITTERALY didn't receive or know I owed anyone money. I did call Alpine collections. Very nice and pleasant to deal with and set up a payment plan. If radiology associates had picked up the phone and said Hey are you aware that you owe us money, I would of paid. This seems to be an ongoing issue, solely based on reviews. They don't even have a working website. The providers I work for WILL NO longer be referring to ******* **** as they are the same radiologist. If that is how they treat people we WON'T refer. I'm the head MA and I get to suggest *******************, ***** images or Touchstone. We for sure will never use *** again. I also will be in touch with ********************** and let him know why we wont be using ***. He was just telling me how great this company is. THATS A LIE AND I'M SURE HE'S NOT AWARE.
