    I was buying a for sale by owner home. ***, with Universal lending had flyers offering to help with financing at the residence. I didnt need financing but that didnt deter her from helping me. She helped me and the owner facilitate the process right up until purchase, including introducing us to the great staff at Standard Title. I viewed the house and closed on the house within 4 business days. It was amazing service done solely to help!

    SPAMMER. Sent us a mailer that looks ******* official" with tear-off sides, to get us to be convinced it was something we just had to look at. Gave a call and found the agent very obnoxious. Constantly tried to talk over us. ADIOS!
