    *** waited weeks and contemplated doing this but I think people should know my experience and hoping he would have done the right thing. I was recommended Wise Guys from a networking group. I emailed and got a response immediately. I told him my square footage, the extra items(an extra garage refrigerator and patio furniture) and told him I would get back to him with pictures. Great communication with him. I sent pictures about 3 days prior along with a video and reiterated what I needed moved. I was not able to be there on the loading but met him for the unloading. When the truck pulled up, very small moving truck, I was surprised that all my stuff fit in. I tipped appropriately to the great communication and efficient service! Little did I know I had been lied to. I was told there were a couple of boxes left behind with a total of close to 15(some of the larger and heavier ones) along with my patio furniture. I had to take an additional day off to finish what was not done, hired additional help and honestly caused more stress than needed. I waited to calm down and contact **** after I contacted the networking group that recommended him. He was defensive and pretty much backhanded apologized as if this was my fault when I agave him all of the tools(pictures, videos and even counted the boxes) He said I should have picked a bigger truck and that he offered to do a second trip with an additional cost.(I never was given that option of a bigger truck and also why should I have to pay for an additional load when you didnt bring a bigger truck) Not once to even offer money back, tip or anything.

    I felt I should finally respond to keep it short and simple. Were sorry we did not meet your expectations, but we provided everything that was booked, and even finished within estimate. 2 movers for 4.5hrs with a 14ft box truck. No damages. And the move was under no customer supervision, which we never recommended, as there are a lot of variables that can come up. We even sent a full video of everything we left behind to your phone and got your approval that that was ok. We offered a 2nd trip, but that was refused. 

     

    The complete flip in how weve been treated is what grinds our gears. How do we go from a hard working 5 star service with great communication to a 1 star service with a bunch of lying cheaters with bad attitudes? Were tired of coddling the ones with insane expectations. It is customers like you that is why biznesses like us have to have very thorough contracts.

    Oh! Side note. Apparently if you go enjoy a burger at humboldt in centennial (delicious btw), this lady will call her friends and claim youre harassing her from a different restaurant! We still have no idea where she works ???????

    I am rejecting this response because:

    From the previous statement, moving company didnt give me the option of a bigger truck at anytime(I would have more than accepted an extra fee for that) I explained to **** that I, myself am a small business owner and couldnt leave but would meet him on the other end. I was told that a couple of boxes.not the multiple large ones. He never showed me the ones left in the storage, patio furniture or the televisions. A small one bedroom truck(14-15) should have never been used. A second trip fee should have been waived for issues stated.
    I tipped him and his movers above and beyond because of his great communication. I totally regret that.He might have finished in record time but the job was incomplete. I was misled and lied to. On top of that, he knew where I worked because he was told by another networking member. Knowing you have a customer upset with you, I would have never showed up at a food hall where they own another food stall/work. Its harassment. Reviewing on social media and then not taking responsibility for the poor service and misguided information(lying) and ridiculing someone because of their name..well honestly its a direct reflection of your character. 
    Moving companies especially this one never take responsibility. He is still defending his poor service and not even trying to make it right. Due to the stress of this move and complications, I had a seizure that night. You would think him knowing this by the network leader(she told me that he told her) he would at least try to resolve it.
