1 starIve used Christian Brothers Moving three times, but this last experience was absolutely unacceptable. The movers arrived late, came completely unprepared with no tools or equipment, and most of the crew stood around while one person did all the work. They damaged our walls, broke fragile items, and left most of our belongings in the garage without completing the job. We had to hire another company to finish the move and pay for repairs and replacements out of pocket. On top of that, they charged both my debit and credit card for the deposit, even after I explicitly told them not to use my credit card. Despite multiple calls, theyve refused to respond or resolve anything.I will never use this company again and strongly encourage others to stay away. Their practices are unethical and dishonestin my opinion, they operate like crooks.Review fromShannon S

1 starI had Christian Brothers do two moves. One from my house I sold to storage then from Storage to my new house. Getting the business they were eager and on top of it. They sent me a DocuSign and I signed it and the movers came May 5th. Last minute I had to do a storage unit lease which I thought Christian Bros were handling. 1st move to storage done. My next move was to happen June 2nd according to the quote. They failed to send the DocuSign to get it on the books. The move happened June 3rd. The new moving crew didn't have the keys to the storage unit. They had to cut the lock. Then they forgot to bring part of my couch. I was promised on two separate occasions they were coming. I always had to call them to follow up. In my experience the office staff is terrible primarily *******. She never attempts to makes things right. She doesn't follow through or respond to emails. Here we are on June 10th and I am still waiting on the back of my couch. I had to call them and be persistent to get my stuff. The movers are great. It's not worth the hassle to use them because you don't get support from them. You are wasting time following up.Review fromEddie T

5 starsWe Christian Brothers Moving and Storage move us from ****, ** to ****************. They sent the team of ***** ****** ****** ****** ***** and ******. This team was very careful and efficient. They had our 4+ Bedroom home loaded onto their trucks in under five hours. They also went above and beyond. When they saw me struggling to but a large part of my antique car on my own truck, they immediately came to my aid and proceeded to load it for me. This was not their responsibility but they saved me hours of struggle and stress. This attitude is what sets them apart from other companies. They are great to work with!!Review fromSteve M

5 starsIf I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. ****** Leo, *******, ****** and ***** were outstanding. They are polite, friendly, professional and organized. Although this was a tough move with some really heavy items, and access to my walk-out basement over loose rocks, they never complained. They worked together as an efficient team with great leadership. The office is attentive and professional, and made sure I was fully informed of every aspect of the process. ******* and **** are friendly and organized.We had two trucks, with five movers for eight hours. I was skeptical that this would be enough. The team exceeded my expectations and were finished ahead of schedule. All of our belongings were protected, and there was no damage to my home, and it was kept clean.I strongly recommend Christian Brothers. If I ever move again, they will be the only company I call. Do not Move or Store your belongings with Christian Brothers or they will be ruined..DO NOT BE FOOLED!, CHRISTIAN BROTHERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS, and their STORAGE FACILITY is not Clean, Temperature Controlled, Secure or State of the Art.We contracted their Moving and Storage Services for a move over 1 year ago. Our belongs were stored with them for over a year. We paid for Moving and Storage Services in full that we did not receive.************************************************************************ We were told that our belongings would be wrapped in movers plastic and some items would be blanketed for protection. Several of our belonging were badly damaged. Our wool hand knotted rugs were not wrapped in plastic, our antique cabinet back legs were broken off (very heavy boxes were stacked on top). Our leather couch was ruined. When it left our home, it was fully wrapped in plastic with the cushions in place. When we saw it over a year later, it was laying on its short side, some plastic remained but had been slit open, and heavy boxes were stored inside the couch frame..the leather cushions were thrown off to the side. The frame was sprung because of the heavy boxes Christian Brothers stored inside. White Linen chairs left our home in plastic.but they were not wrapped when put in storage. Our Antique Dining room table stretcher was badly scratched. We reported this ******* to Christian Brothers, she said not to worry. We were put in touch with their ***************** ***. *** asked that we file a report with them and provide estimates to repair the damage and photos of the damaged itemswhich we provided to ***; the total cost of repairs/restoration is $1,622.50. *** offered us $150.00, less than 10% of total damages. To receive this payout, *** required us to sign a non-disclosure statement stating that we would not post anything negative about Christian Brothers' moving and storage.Review fromCathy D

1 starHorrible. We are fellow Christians, who had hoped we could trust a Christian moving company. The short in town move Christian Bros sis for us ended with $10,000 in damages of broken and missing/stolen items. We reached out to them and they send us to their insurance company. Insurance xo pant was given detailed photos of all damages and replacement costs and offered us $50.00! lol. Honestly please look for another moving company. We have moved a few times and every company except Christian Bros. has taken good care of us. This is the first one star review Ive ever given to anyone. They were that bad. They told us after the fact THEY DO NOT COVER BROKEN GLASS. Would have been nice to know since the broken glass items alone cost $2,000 to replace. Shame on us for not researching all of their internet reviews more closely.

Unfortunately there was a piece of glass broken in her move and for glass most companies don't cover glass so they only give .60 cents per lb. This is very normal in moving. As far as $10,000 worth of damage that is no where close to being the truth. She only sent us a picture of the piece of glass that was damage. Later after she got done unpacking she said there were a couple other broken items that she included in her claim but no where near $10,000 worth of damage. I don't think we have ever had a move with that much damage. We aren't that kind of company.Review fromDennis W

5 starsGreat job by two packers on Monday and four movers on Tuesday. They moved and reassembled our Sleep Number bed and a small hot tub. All during a snow storm! Very hard working and polite crew.Christian Brothers Moving and Storage, Inc.
