    I have a cashback account ************************* In my account, there is amount of $324.14 which I did not get. It has been a long time and I am very anxious. I need the check with the same amount to be sent to my shipping address ***************************************************** as soon as possible.

    After reviewing your account under the email address ************************ it appears there was a check sent to you in the amount of $324.14 on 11/10/22, but the check has not been cashed. Given this information, it appears your check was lost in the mail. It looks like you updated your account on 12/30/22 to be paid through Paypal vs being sent a check, and your most recent Cash Back payout (on 2/10/23) was successfully delivered (and claimed) to the Paypal email address you have on file in your account. We've put a stop payment request on the check that was issued to you in the amount of $324.14 so that we can issue you another payment. If you would like that payment to be issued to you in a Paypal payment to that same email address, we can get that payment sent to you today once this BBB complaint is marked as resolved and removed. If you would like a check sent to the address mentioned above of *******************************************************, you will need to log into your account and update your payment preference method, along with this new address so we can get the check issued again. Again, please also mark this complaint with the BBB as resolved so we can get you taken care of. We have you update that information and go through a verification process to ensure the payment is going to the correct person, and the owner of the Active Junky account.     A payment was sent to the paypal email address ************************ on Monday, 2/20 in the amount of $324.14. The transaction was marked as completed in Paypal and I've provided a screenshot attached that shows the payment completion to the email address noted here.

    DO NOT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH THAT SCAM COMPANY. Active Junky canceled and stole my +$2k cashback without any explanation that I accumulated in +6 months. I have an e-commerce business and was using Active Junky as a cashback processor until I realized that they cleared up my approved transactions from the next check. They didn't send the first check that gets sent out every 3 months and kept me waiting for another period. After waiting 3 months more they have canceled approved transactions totaling +$2k. The transactions still appear on my transactions page but they didn't count this into the check amount and now they magically disappeared. I contacted the company a week ago and got no answer yet. I could have used other cashback stores and gotten my cashback but they stole my +6 months of cashback! Do not get into the trap! Don't trust the amount in your account because they will clear it up once they need to make a payment to you!

    Company's only customer service agent pretends to not understand the issue and cause you to e-mail you 6-8 times for every single cashback. Plan seems to be causing so much time that customer just gives up. You get a copy and paste no matter how much you break down and how many receipts you show. Complete scam. Unacceptable.

    I wanted to get in touch to summarize the current situation on each of your orders with Sunny Sports that did not track. To preface the notes below, even if the dates on the orders are incorrect (if both are shown on 9/24) our main priority is to ensure you're getting Cash Back on these orders, as sometimes dates can get mixed up between when orders process and/or ship.

    This order was tracked by Sunny Sports, but it appears the amount tracked for the incorrect amount and according to your receipt, the total on the order should have been $189.57 (before taxes). We currently have a ticket open with Sunny Sports for the difference in purchase price of $79.24 (since the order originally tracked for $108.33). So we don't have to wait for Sunny Sports to resolve this, we went ahead and updated the Cash Back on this order with an additional $3.17 updating the full Cash Back on this order to $7.58.
