On 01/31/2025 at 649pm I entered this parking garage and parked. I scanned the ** code near the elevator and paid so that I would be okay for 2 hours. At 757pm on the same day I left the garage. On 02/04/2025 I get a ticket in the mail for 92 dollars. I called them and explained that I paid, and they said that they don't manage the payment and that I owe them the money. I attempted to contact the garage owner with no answer and the ticket company advised that they are the only ones that can do anything about it.

On September 28th, 2024, I was driving downtown for a convention I was going to. While looking for parking I came across this garage, ****************** and pulling into the entrance. Upon entering there was nothing but a sign that said to continue driving through; no emplyees, no rules posted, and no way of paying. I continued because I was already inside and didnt want to cause traffic or a wreck by maneuvering myself out and considering the no way to pay, I figured I would pay on the way out (which still didnt add up cause I never got a time stamp to allow me to know how long I would be parked there for). After about 5 hours, I go to leave. On my way out there was still no employees and when I called their number to figure out what to do, no one would answer and their mailbox was full. We looked around and found a QR code on their wall that said pay here. When we went to it, it asked for a license plate or a reservation number. I tried my license plate and it didnt work. Upon inspecting the reservation aspect, it said I needed to reserve a spot before entering the garage and that there was no other way to pay. When I attempted to make a reservation then and there, it said I needed special permission and since I couldnt pay, I just left (after sitting there for a while trying to call them). Not to mention there was another car who went ahead of me who had the exact same issue. Later on I get a ticket for $92 dollars and after talking to someone about the issue, they reduced it to $72. I have looked at reviews and every single one of them are people talking about this exact issue or the fact that they paid and still got ticketed. Not to mention multiple people experienced my EXACT situation, even the price of a $92 ticket getting marked down to $77. I know there is not much I can do, but I want more people to be aware of this (what feels like) a scam and I would like a possible refund, considering Ive only paid to avoid collections.

    Hello,

I apologize that you had issues with the parking system at the garage. This garage is a a gateless garage and there are no attendants to a take payment. The only way to pay for parking is by the ** codes scattered throughout the garage and at every stairway, elevator, and in the lobby for the elevators. Payment must be made within 15 minutes of enetering the *****. We do have signage at the entrance of the garage withe the rules, this is the same sign that was in the lobby of the elevators.

This is the first issue we have herd about the ** codes taking anyone to a reservation site. The ** codes do not take you to a resrvation site with certain permissions, it takes you to a payment site where you need to enter phone number (for receipt), license plate information (not to get a ticket) and select you desired parking seesion.

You paid a thrid party enformcent company for the notice so the refund process can take anywhere from 3-9 weeks. We have no control over their system and can only request a refund. We will need a notice number, name, address of who paid the for the notice. They will send a check in the mail.

    Thank you

On January 25, 2023, I parked in the Global Pacific Parking lot located at ***********************************************************************. The large sign advertised "24 Hour Parking" and specifically advertised "$5.00 All Day." I paid $5.00 and put the ticket in the window. I returned to my car later that night and found a violation notice for $82 (more than 15 times the cost of the parking itself) that had been issued at 7:55 pm. I looked at the ticket again and read that the parking had expired at 5:59 pm on 1/25/23, but I had been under the impression that I had permission to park the whole day, which is what all of the other lots in the area allow. Also, nowhere on the signage in lot does it say that All Day Parking only goes until 6:00 pm, nor does it say what the fine will be if you overstay the allotted time. I believe that this is an unfair business practice and that the business is attempting to ***** its customers that have mistakenly overstayed their welcome. I am willing to pay the cost of parking for an additional two days ($10) as a penalty for overstaying my time in the lot. The company has outsourced its disputes to a separate company - Parkingrevenuerecovery.com - who has been largely unhelpful and has only offered to decrease the fine to $62 (still 12 times the cost of the original service). My Parking Notice is #GPDEN-M-000076. I can provide my receipt and the citation if you need it - I don't have it with me at the moment.

This company is attempting to collect on a parking ticket they issued after I provided proof (within 24 hours) that I paid for parking in their lot. It seems like bad practice to attempt to collect money from paying customers. I sent images in an email with the ticket and time it was valid for, but because it was not fully shown on the dashboard, they are refusing to wave the ticket amount. The violation was issued on February 18th at 9:34 PM. I'd paid for parking at 8:12 PM and it was supposed to be valid through 4:12 AM on the 19th. I understand you did not see the ticket, but the fact that the payment was made and the notice was given during the hours I paid for should cancel this notice bringing the balance to $0.Please let me know how to proceed in this matter as I believe that any person who has paid for a parking spot and can show proof of the payment should have the notice reduced to $0.I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
