    Unreliable Service and Unresponsive to Refund Requests:I contracted Buszyn Transportation for an event on August 31, 2024. The bus never arrived at the end of the event to pick the party back up, per the contract, leaving us stranded. Additionally, the bus was booked for another party during the concert, which prevented us from leaving our belongings on the bus as expected.Despite reaching out to the company multiple times to request a refund and reimbursement for alternative transportation (which I had to arrange at my own expense), I have received no response. Their failure to fulfill the service and the lack of communication have been extremely disappointing.I would not recommend this company based on their unreliability and unprofessional conduct. Their complete disregard for customer service and failure to honor their contractual obligations made what should have been a special evening very stressful.
