      Multiple emails and calls to remove one employee from payroll and add a new one. They stopped responding when I asked for an update because our employee confirmed that she'd received nothing from NannyChex. Silence. Then we received the email that were bought by Sure Payroll; called them and they have no record of our account and to call **********************. BUT THIS WHOLE TIME, NANNY CHEX BILLED US FOR THEIR SERVICES WHEN THEY PROVIDED NO SERVICES. Called the bank to stop NannyChex from withdrawing funds. FRAUDULENT, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY

      I just filed my taxes and am so grateful for NannyChex! The yearend tax package NannyChex provided was straightforwad and made filing easy. And best of all, I got a nice refund!

      First of all I had an appointment with my Tax person Feb 23, 2023 and still did not have my W2. I called them and they told me they sent them out via mail Saturday February 18, 2023 and that people said they already were getting them, suppose to be sent out no later than January 31st. I called them again and was told they are being emailed out. They changed the portal and had to log on with a temp username and password NannyChex supplied. I tried several times and called then for help. They told me their end worked so try to download a different browser, I downloaded the one they told me to still with no luck. Days go by and they provided me with different info to log on. Still didn't work, I called for help again and was told they same thing in a bit of a rude voice that it's my problem and need to figure it out or find someone to help, I thought I had by calling them.I called the company whose computer program it was and they were very kind and helped me. I told them of the problem I had with NannyChex with lies about W2 was in the mail, that they would not help me, that they would not give me a paper W2. I live paycheck to paycheck and last week they decided to pay me for 8 hours and put the other 32 hours in vacation, I had no vacation so I was only paid for the 8 hours. They never returned any of my messages or my employers from what I understand. My employer finally was able to tell them this was wrong they said they would fix it, and I'll be darned if they didn't do it again this week. They have not fixed the pay yet and said it will take a couple checks and I believe another week before I receive the money they owe me.
