      I thought they were a nice local mom and pop plumbing company, but it looks like they just want to squeeze money out of folks. It took them about two weeks to send me an invoice (which I had to call and ask for because they had not sent me a bill). I did not get around to paying the bill for two weeks and they slapped a 10% up charge for being late. Even money grubbing businesses give at least 30 days. No where on the invoice was any note about late fees. Wow 10%, what a number. 10 % can turned into hundreds to thousands of dollars on lots of plumbing services. They did remove the fee after I complained, but definitely questionable billing practices.
