    I receive two iPhones on 11/25/24 which I have a contract for $162.55 per month for both phones I called in to have my numbers transferred from straight talk to boost that night and only one number got transferred because they said that they were having issues with the system and it would take a few days to get it situated and service to my phone, I called back on 11/27/24 the agent that helped me add a new line to my account which I didn't initiate then transferred me to to another department having me trying to explain what happen to the other agent when she told me that she would explain what had happen, whoever that agent told me to get that line off my account (the one I didn't initiate) I had to pay a disconnect fee I told him iwill not pay a fee for something I didn't initiate and to let me speak to a supervisor which I had to wait about 15 minutes for the supervisor to get on the phone, the supervisor ******* (***) said he would work on getting the issue resolved however I got a bill on the 27/11/24 to pay $131.29, I can't view the bill to see what I'm paying for because my number is not ported for me to install the app on the phone my son phone number and the number that the agent put on my account are the only number there and no one can tell me what that **** is for. As of 12/5/24 I still haven't had service and that bill is due on the 12/11/24 I would like for this issue to be resolve asap because everytime I call customer care I have to explain the same thing over and over and no one seems to be able to help each time I call I'm on the phone no less than one and a half hours with nothing been resolved they keep giving me ticket number after ticket number the last ticket number I got was ******* Nb. Only one number is on my account that I know of so the only thing I should pay for is that one phone the promotion says two iPhones with boost apple care totalling $162.55 per month with sales tax $149.10 paid that day.

    I purchased i phone from a retailer....the retailer created an account and i could parent account while activating said device and gavee three sets of receipts each headed with different store locations. I then lefts saide device in a taxi and proceeded to file a claim....i was informed i would be conrtacted in 2 businessd and the metter would move forward towards receiving a replacement. THUSLY, i received a email solely stating your request has been closed. I called to inform which request the email was referring to and what is the current status of my claim....i was told my telephone affiliated with my account cannot be found. I wad told that my pin which i used prior to the original phone call was in fat not my and hung up on. The level of incompetence, disregard for customers time, funds invested, time invested and wasted time humoring themselves by refusing me a modicum of customer service cost the corp. In cuatomers potentialy saved, referrals therefore, and the legitmacy of living up to the "reptutable business accument" centered around your marketing bull

    I called the Boost Mobile **************** Number to get my account number which is required if you want to change service to another provider. After waiting a little over 10 minutes in the queue to talk with an agent, I was told that he was unable to provide the account number, but that he would transfer me to an account specialist. I was on hold for 30 minutes and still no one picked up. I got an incoming phone call, so I took it, but then the boost mobile disconnected. I called the customer service number again, and the automated message said the waiting time would be 10 minutes. I waited 29 minutes before a representative picked up, and requested the account number, and was told that only an account specialist could provide the number, and there was no way of knowing how long the wait would be for the account specialist. Having already wasted over an hour on hold, I decided not to "wait" for an account specialist. I called the store that I originally signed up with boost mobile, but it was closed down. I went online to find another store, and of the first 10 locations listed, 5 of them were "temporarily closed". I called a store that was open, but they told me they weren't authorized to provide me with the account number. These people have no concept of ****************.

    I had two lines I called them and they they sold me a phone for a second phone they turned around and charge me for 8 months boost Mobile stole my money for 8 months did not give me my money back had the number to tell me to dispute it the supervisor did I did and only God $150 back they had the number to ask me for it back and shut my phone off after I paid the f****** **** that's messed up boost Mobile thank you ********************* my number for 22 years they did that they stole money
