Between the months of December 2024 and February of 2025 I referred a co worker to these apartments and we were both told a 500 dollar referral check would be issued for doing so. We have contacted property management and staff, while on person says it should be out shortly, another says that that never should have happened. We have been following up with management and while they sometimes respond to us, they more or less are brushing us off in hopes we forget or just let it go. My old coworker who has followed up in person keeps getting the cold shoulder and no resolution. My emails get responded to once and was told I would be contacted directly by management and have received nothing. Note, it has been 3 weeks. Our calls do not get returned and we have been very frustrated that we are told of this promotion and they are just choosing not to honor it. Is there anything we can do about this because this is very unprofessional and their lack of response and communication.

6/9/2025 - Today, I called the apartment complex management office because the lease I signed said my move in date is 6/18/2025. I paid the holding fee for the apartment and the rent was supposed to be $1377. The person who answered said that ****, my leasing agent, was showing an apartment but would call me because they showed a date of 6/27/2025 for my move in. I never got the call and **** ******, the leasing agent, removed my original lease without calling to confirm or to explain what might happen. When she did this, the rent went from $1377 to $1785 because as she said after the fact, the rent changes daily. What this meant for me, because of her decision to act before reaching out to me and explaining anything or asking if I wanted to make the change, is that the original price was now not possible for the new date or even if the date was changed back to what they had. This is wrong and I want my holding deposit back. She should have never removed my old lease. The date difference could be dealt with, but her decision to not even tell me what a change would do means a reasonable rent changed to one I can't afford.
