    I worked for Front Range for a year. In that year, the owner ******, was verbally abusive to employees, was regularly under the influence of alcohol during work hours, and he also openly cheated on his wife with another woman in the office. The company often encouraged employees to lie to customers about pricing, and also instructed us to ignore accounts that were past due. He accrued so much debt with the equipment distributors that he had to use an alias to purchase equipment. He then fired any employees who openly disagreed with his behavior including myself. Once he realized that he was in trouble he forced the remaining employees to write good reviews under alias' in order to attempt to fix his reputation. ****** is a thief and a *****. He was the most abusive boss I have ever had. Front range was the most corrupt company I have ever worked for.

    Do not use! This company installed a mini split system in our mountain home. The system never worked correctly. They gave a 10 year parts and labor warranty, then refused to honor their agreement by saying they no longer serviced our area. We have spent several thousand dollars to correct and fix their shoddy work. BEWARE.
