  Read and followed all instructions. Polish left a milky,chalky,streaky film on my beautiful cherrywood hardwood floor. Contacted customer care. They told me to read the 8 digit stamped date code on back of the bottle. Number was ********. I was informed this bottle was made in 2019 because this stamped date code started with a 19!! I complained there is no EXPIRATION date on the bottle (only this stamped date CODE for your use only) or WARNING on bottle for consumers, that this polish could ruin my floor. I was informed by their customer care unit, products DO NOT EXPIRE, but MAY BREAK DOWN !!! What does that mean??? Bona sent me 3 bottles of floor polish remover along with instructions on removal. My customer open ticket complaint with Bona is #*******. The removal process is very strenuous and tedious, apply small section, do not let dry, scrub, rinse and ***eat without scratching floor, but be sure you remove ALL polish. We are in our 70s and cannot physically do this tedious process on our hands and knees... We tried a small section and floor looks terrible.. After 10 emails back and forth with ********************** I contacted a few contractors to look at my floor. They all said the samethey can restore (removal of polish and refinish) my floor with a cost of $3000+. All contractors had the same commentDO NOT USE BONA!! After informing ***** customer care of this, they offered me $125.00 and said this is the most they will offer me. What an insult!! I asked for a *** to please come look what this polish has done..their comment was we do not have ***s in your area Ive asked for email addresses of CEO, *** who claim their PROMISE to work with consumers satisfaction, their response was Cannot give this information out. There are hundreds of complaints on ****** and ********, and this product is still on the market, with no warning label or expiration dates on bottles. They just dont care. We are sick over this! . DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!

  Poor customer support. "nothing we can do" is a unacceptable response considering all the options consumers have these days.

  I have been using bona for over 10 years.My old bona was not working very well so I decided to buy a new one last year. My home is small - ***** sq ft. I use it for maybe 800 soft only. The spray part doesn't work anymore.My mistake I didn't keep the receipt.I have emailed the Company with photo and video and have received NO response whatsoever. Email sent on 09/16/2023. Today is 09/28/2023.Very disappointed.

  I had the spray mop for three months. The swivel piece broke off. I emailed the company and they mailed me out a replacement mop the very next day! I will never use another mop after seeing how they take care of their customers!
