    I have a subscription with Usual Wines, a direct-to-consumer brand launched by the founders of wine subscription service VINEBOX. They sent the package to the wrong address after I had already received it at the correct address last month. I needed this package weeks ago and did not want another shipment and to cancel my subscription. Package was sent back to Usual Wines but they refuse to refund me the full amount. According to the representatives that I've been communicating with via email another shipment was sent but we are out of town for the next couple weeks. I do not want or need this shipment. I express that I did not want to do business with them anymore.

    We recommend contacting Usual Wines directly to resolve any issues related to your recent shipment and subscription. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
