      After meeting with four different roofers to evaluate my roof, I decided to work with Vadym from First Priority Roofing. Vadym was amazing. He is the only one of the four roofers who took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and help me work with my insurance company. If he hadnt helped me with my insurance company, the other three roofers had said that the insurance would not cover the hail and wind damage to my roof. He spent extra time, took lots of pictures, sent the pictures into my insurance company, talked to the adjuster at the insurance company to explain to them why it should be covered under my insurance. Because of him and his thorough documentation of my roof, and the extra time that he spent in gathering pictures and descriptions of the damage, the insurance company covered it. He also got my roof scheduled very quickly. The roofers came and worked a very long day and did an excellent job to replace my roof. They also installed and painted new gutters, which were also covered by the insurance company. I am very happy with the whole process and will definitely recommend ***** and his company to all my friends.

      1st Priority helped me to understand the process and worked with me when I needed my solar company to remove the solar panels. The roof, gutters and overhang on the back porch look great! They got everything done in a timely manner and cleaned up their mess. Thank you 1st Priority!

      Due to hail damage, my house needed a roof replacement, wood and trim replacement, ********************* and bathroom ceiling repairs (where water came through). 1st Priority Roofing took care of it all, and it turned out great.

      1st Priority was recommended by a friend and it was an excellent.choice. The project manager, ***** was extremely knowledgeable about all phases of the project, all schedules were met and he made several visits to check on work progress. Questions were answered quickly and the project, including clean up, was completed on schedule. Highly recommend First Priority.

      Vadym, and the whole crew at 1st Priority, far exceeded my expectations! They were so easy to work with and truly advocated for us with our insurance company. I appreciated the amazing communication throughout the entire process as well as their patience as we made our decisions. My entire house looks brand new now and I have received tons of comments about how great everything looks! I will without a doubt recommend 1st priority to anyone that is in need of their services and will continue to use them myself! Thanks ***** and crew!!

      Three roof replacements due to hail. Awesome roof crew and customer care from the company every time. Also expert gutter crew and top tier exterior paint was well done. A great company, but the main reason we stay with 1st Priority is our sales expert, Vadym. Make sure you ask for him. 1st Priority, make sure Vadym stays with you! Vadym goes way beyond expectations.
