5 starsI was very impressed with the level of service!! ******** did the initial evaluation and also made a second trip to work with the appraiser. This ensured that all damage and wear and tear could be accounted for and approved by the ************ that point ******* took over and scheduled the installation while working with the appraiser. The materials were dropped off the day prior to the install. The installers arrived on time and ready to work being mindful of protecting the surrounding areas during the installation. The installation took one day.When the job was completed, everything was picked up, swept and leaf blown making my yard look better than it did when they started. Very much appreciated!******* came by to see if I had any questions or concerns and let me know of additional work that needed to done such as rotted roof deck sheathing that needed to be replaced. The professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency made for a great install. Excel made this experience quick and easy. Well done Excel!!Review fromDeborah J

1 starUnethical and deceptive business. We purchased a home on the selling point that we would inherit a 25 year warranty. Roofer came out and agreed the roof was trashed and defective after 10 years. Per the representatives guidance, I called to file a warranty claim. The service rep spoke harshly to me and hung up on me! Even though their product is faulty and under warranty, they are refusing to honor the warranty.Review fromGeoff H

5 starsExcel Roofing just completed the roof replacement on our house and outbuilding. ***** is an excellent project manager and kept us informed at every step. Always very responsive. The crew was friendly, polite, and efficient. Their cleanup after words was perfect. Have yet to find a nail outside! My tires appreciate that. 5 starsFantastic service. **** and his team did a great job on the roof install and several other items on the exterior. They were polite and courteous and did a thorugh job of cleaning up when finished. I was kept informed of the status of the job from the time we signed the contract through completion of the job.
