    3/2021 $79,375.00 The install of a Tesla solar roof has had problems from day 1. Over the past 3 years there are several problems including inverter, solar production, and electrical. I have been more than patient while they try to figure it out, but 3 years is way too long.

    Yes there is a warranty on the roof.  The present problems are on going since installation.

    In response to Mr. ********** comments below. Yes, the system had manufacturer issues with the inverter and battery (not workmanship related). Weddle and Sons made multiple trips to replace both of those through Tesla warranty. The system has been producing proper power since the installation and only recently dropped significantly. Recent drop in power was observed by Weddle and Sons on behalf of *****. Weddle and Sons made an initial site visit due to production drop and BBB complaint on 10/31/2024 to try to diagnose the issue, only to realize the problem is Tesla parts defects. Weddle and Sons then made a proactive trip to customers property in attempt to accelerate the warranty process with no cost to customer on 11/21/2024. The current drop in performance is under Teslas warranty and has been submitted to ************************** We are currently awaiting for direction from Tesla.
