    I ordered a lab kit for a chemistry class I am taking. Every single lab has been a significant waste of time and money due to the equipment being old, faulty and prone to errors. Due to this my labs were inaccurate and I learned very little. Some equipment even has dates as far back as 2023. In addition to this, the website is poorly organized. It asks questions that involve certain graphs not shown.

    I bought a lab kit for a biology class on the 21st and paid an extra $25 to have it shipped. As a broke college student it already hurt to buy the kit that was $130 but after taxes and shipping came out to $174. I understand putting the items together can take awhile but after a week and a half the kit still hasnt shipped to me. I called multiple time waited on the line then after *************************************************************** gone for the day even though I called during business hours. It said to leave a voicemail and theyd call back. I left a voicemail twice and never got a call back. When I emailed them it took them 3 days to respond and all they said was processing could take up to 5 business days even though it had already been more than 5 business days. At 8pm last night I finally got an email saying my package had shipped. I checked the tracking number out of curiosity and it says *** hasnt even received my package yet which was very disappointing. I understand they need time to fulfill my order but I paid close to $200 and its been almost 2 weeks so now I have to hope my professor will accept me being late turning in labs even though I ordered my kit in a timely manner. The customer service also did not help and never contacted me back!

    I purchased a laboratory kit through this company in September for approx $500 that I was not able to utilize until this semester. The kit is the exact same product that can be used for my current course NSG 322 and the other NSG 323. I am currently taking this course at the *********************** and have confirmed through the bookstore and my professor that I can use this kit. *****, a representative from the company selling the kits is not allowing me the opportunity to purchase an access code for $64.50 to the material online to complete the course. She states that I must purchase the near $300 kit, which I already own, to receive another access code. On their website it states that if you have already used an access code in another course you cannot use it again, but, you can purchase another code if this is the case. I did so for one week and had to drop the course, but still have the materials.Today, I completed all of the tasks necessary to obtain a new access code and ***** decided to not allow me the opportunity to purchase a new code for the significantly cheaper price of $64.50. She pretended to transfer me to her manager ****** and hung up on me after a 15 minute discussion. I have followed each direction of a couple representatives of this company for over a week and a half and to arrive at this junction only wasting time in my course. I know that ***** is making up her own rules at this point as I have spoken and been provided permission from my professor and provided my receipt. Her questioning of me is one that is either ignorant of her position or she assumes that I am lying and has stated many inconsistencies during conversation.

    I am a college student, and I purchased a lab kit from this company in the beginning of fall semester 2023 for ~$220 total including shipping costs. After receiving the geology lab kit, I quickly realized that the contents were not worth more than ***** dollars and also that important contents needed to satisfy the lab requirements were missing and/or mislabeled. I emailed the company's customer support and let them know exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed/replaced, and they responded promptly by delivering a replacement that was supposed to have the errors corrected. I received the replacement package weeks later and realized it was the exact same kit with the exact same problems. This was in the span of a month and a half. Now I am in the final month of the semester, and I am struggling to complete my labs because the lab kit contents are practically useless and I am still out of pocket -$220.

    We have researched your complain and identified a discrepancy with the rocks in your lab kit and the manner in which they were labeled.  The issue is being diligently worked on to be resolved but based on our error, we feel as though a full refund is appropriate at this time.  Please be advised you will be receiving a full refund and our apologies for any inconvenience we might have caused.   Also, please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.
