      I went in for coolscuplting and was told that I was the perfect candidate. You will be sooo happy with the results, At the first check in there was NO change even tho **** tried to make me think there was. At the second checkin I had gained 10lbs and 5.5" in the treated area. I left in tears of frustration and feeling shamed by **** and was offered no solution. She said her manager was out of the office which was a lie. I was not happy with the answer and went back in to find out when he would be back. AT that time she was VERY rude to me and told me that she had talked to her manager and that he wanted me to call him. He did call me within a couple of days but I was at the hospital waiting for my sister to come out of emergency surgery so I wasn't able to talk to him. We played telephone tag thru the Holidays. I called him three more times and he never called me back. Not only am I out $3,600 but I am much worse of than I was before. Horrible customer service. The need to contact me and make this right.

      He is being dishonest.  I left 5 voicemails for him and he never called me back.  On Friday of last week he sent a text message (see attached(.   He couldn't be bothered to make an actual phone call.  I responded on Monday and I never heard back.  I could not be more disappointed with this company.  I made a poor decision trusting them.

      I contacted this business in early June to see if they would prescribe the same dose of Semaglutide I had been on before going in person. They told me a PA would be calling me for a consult and she had agreed to give me the same dosage that I had been on. A PA never called to discuss this with me. In fact, ****** at Hollywood Laser said the PA was a traveling PA and the phone they call her on had been stolen. They went ahead and sent the medication to the pharmacy in ******* without a consult. The medication ended up being a starter dose after they had agreed to continue my dosage on what I was on. When I called, the agreed to send me a new set of medication (4 syringes). When it arrived from *** the cold packs were hot and so were the syringes. I called the pharmacy in ******* and they said do not use the medication since it arrived hot and advised me to throw out. When I contacted the business, I called several times because they wouldnt answer. I asked for my money back. The owner was extremely rude and told me Im harassing them by calling their office. I told her I paid $500 for a product I didnt receive. I was scammed out of my money. I have text messages showing they were sending me the higher dose and that is not what I got. I also recorded the conversation with the owner and told her the pharmacy advised me to throw out the medication as the heat would break it down and it wouldnt be effective. She didnt care and refused to refund me. Perhaps the most shocking, is when I asked the owner on the phone what dosage they sent to me and she would not answer the question. I feel as a patient I have the right to know what dosage I was prescribed. I have this all in a recording and its really terrible. I want my money back because I paid for a product I didnt not receive.

      Business never explained that they have a no refund policy. I do not speak English properly, and they took advantage of me. They charged my credit card.
