    LT ********************** has the absolute worst customer service. My previous employer had our 401k with LT ********************** and when the company closed, we were forced to withdraw or rollover our funds. I elected to withdrawal my funds 17 business day ago and I have yet to receive my funds. I have made multiple calls into LT ********************** and the customer service is horrible, I spoke with *** and ******* from support who refused to connect me to a supervisor as they said no one was available. When I asked ******* about my last request for a call back, he advised the supervisor advised them to tell me they would just tell me the same answer. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever delt with, hopefully your company does not choose to do business with LT **********************. I am still no closer to knowing where my money is!!!!

    I worked for a company called ******** **** for 4 months that has these people as their retirement plan for their employees. I had started mine and then shortly thereafter was released from work. I have been trying to get a hold of this company since I was released from work over a month ago and cannot get in touch with anyone. I created my password and my account login at the company but now I cannot log into this account to save my life. It is very frustrating to know that you have money there that you can't even do anything with because you're simply locked out of the account. I have tried emailing, calling, and even going through my old company to get the information but so far to no avail. I find it very strange that a retirement company that handles people's money wouldn't have a better way to contact them for issues.
