      These people are just out for money. I was there just a few weeks ago with my dog and there was no issues with him swimming. Now all the sudden when ******* steps in we need to see their vet to get released even though I have a doctor's note stating my dog is fine to swim. It was totally uncalled for. There's no reason why my dog shouldn't have been allowed to swim. What cuz you want more money??

      Your dog has osteosarcoma and for his safety, he needs to swim under the supervision of our therapists. We are an independent facility with our own protocols, and we ultimately decide if a dog is not a candidate for recreational swimming. While your vet may have recommended swimming for your dog, in our experience a. they are referring to hydrotherapy with a therapist, or b. they are unfamiliar with the recreational swim environment.
