    This company makes returns that they guarantee impossible. I waited the allotted 101 days until I attempted a return, but when you try to login to start a return they send you a code that expires in 10 minutes, but the code never comes no matter how many times you ask it to be resent. But if you try to login to manage a subscription it sends right away (because you have to spend money to start a subscription). So therefore, I cant even attempt to begin a return on this product.

    This company will not give me a refund after I skipped the subscription and was still charged. When I called the same morning they charged my account, I was told they have shipped the product already and I will have to send it back before receiving my refund. This is an inconvenience that I do not appreciate having to deal with.

    Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your issue of your subscription order not being cancelled before it was renewed and shipped. Unfortunately, as stated in our subscription and refund policies, once an order has shipped it is not possible for it to be retrieved and cancelled. As stated in our refund policy, to be eligible for a refund we must first receive your unopened bottles back to our warehouse. Once these have been inspected to make sure the seals are not broken, our team will gladly process your refund immediately. If you need any assistance with the shipping process please let our friendly team know. We are happy to arrange a shipping label for you if this would ease the inconvenience of returning the parcel to us.

    I am rejecting this response because the order was not shipped at the time I called to cancel. Notification of shipment was not sent to me until later that day. Now, I have also received an email stating that the shipping has been delayed which means it will take even longer to get this fully rectified. I dont want to have to send the bottle back because I asked them not to send it to me to avoid this inconvenience. Also, I will have to pay shipping to send it back in order to get my refund.

    Tried to cancel the recurring order a few times. They still charged my card. And tries to tell me they probably can't cancel if it shipped out already. I demanded my money returned as it was not my fault. They said ok but my money has not been refunded yet.

    This customer was immediately refunded upon reaching out to our team to cancel her order which had been processed as part of a recurring subscription she signed up for. As with all banks, refunds can take several days to appear on the customer's statement. We can see on our end that the refund was processed successfully. If it has still not showed up in the customer's bank account she should contact her bank for further advice.

    This company has repeatedly charged my card for over 21 days over 20 times. I was blocking my card so it wouldn't go through. They did another spam charge at 9:30pm Sunday night. I called their customer service at 9:45 and left two voicemails and an email to cancel the order. They didn't respond. At 6:00 am they shipped the order and said they can't process a refund because it's already shipped ....

    Hi *****,

    I am sorry to hear about your frustrating experience at Nourished. I can see that you opted in for a subscription of Androgen Blocker Plus last month which was automatically billed this month as per the subscription terms when you purchased your first order. When there is a card failure, our system will automatically keep trying the card until it is successful, which is why you saw multiple failed charges on your card. Our team are not informed of the system performing this automated process, hence could not have known that you were blocking the payments because you did not wish to continue with your subscription.

    As per our subscription terms, if you wish to cancel an upcoming subscription order, you need to either log into your Nourished account (details provided in the email following your first purchase) and cancel the subscription yourself, or reach out to our team for support. When you did reach out to the team it was during night time hours (10pm PST), hence why you did not receive a response from our team straight away. Our support team replied to your email as soon as they logged in the next morning at 7am PST, but unfortunately by this time your order had already been shipped. As a one-time exception, we have refunded this entire order for you as you can see in the attached receipt. Your parcel is already in transit and cannot be recalled so you are welcome to keep your product or dispose of it as you see fit once it arrives. 

    I hope that this has addressed your concern and provided you with information to assist navigating our subscription process more smoothly in the future.

    Please note that this purchase has been fully refunded to the customer despite the terms of order cancellation not being met. This customer was not eligible for a refund based on the circumstances but was provided one as a one-time exception.

    I emailed the company asking for a refund on viitims I no longer want they said they don't offer change of mind refunds and to take them for 30 days which I have been taking them 4 months and after that period to reach out if I wasn't happy and they would arrange a refund. I told them how long I have been taking them and I wasn't happy with them and they told me they could only give me a store credit which I don't want. The transaction was on 12/30/22 #******** is the order number. The vitamins cost $34.74
