    We received multiple inbound phone calls from a representative from E Street. The inbound numbers used spoofed *************** One such call is attached. The Same individual called multiple times (using different spoofed caller ID info each time). The caller gave us the same callback number each time (not matching his caller ******** of ************. I called this number and spoke to the individual and asked him (again) not to call us. I did call the numbers on the spoofed caller IDs and the individuals I spoke to had no idea what I was calling about and were not the same individual calling me (verified by voice). The voice of the person at ************ was the same as the inbound caller and not only did he not deny calling me, he claimed that he could call me regardless of me asking him to stop.

    We still haven't received the actual company name or phone number that was being called, but we were able to track down what business this is. It looks like ******************* is with ************************** We researched it and they have been removed from our marketing list. In fact, they were already removed by the time we found out who they are. It looks like once ************ requested to be removed, he was. It seems a little excessive to make a BBB complaint off of 2 phone calls, especially when he was removed when asked.
