    On 8/20/2022 I bought 10 boxes of bullets online from Mile High Shooting Accessories totaling $693.10. I received the box from *** and it only contained 9 boxes of bullets. I contacted Mile High and they said the box had been tampered with and resealed. After numerous phone calls, Mile High said they would not replace or refund until they settled with ***. It has been 2 months and still no communication from Mile High. I feel the problem is between Mile High Shooting and *** and I should be refunded for the cost of the missing box of bullets.

    To Whom it may concern:

     

    I wish the customer would've  requested a conversation with Owner. The customer service representative is no longer here, I believe the incident fell through the cracks because we always send out the missing product while the case is reviewed by ***. There is a record of claim but have no idea why my employee didn't follow through or changed my procedure. This is at time she gave notice but didn't fulfill her two weeks.  

    We can refund or send him two boxes of this ammo to make up for the bad service..
